Interaction between school and family in the learning process of children. This study focuses on the importance of interaction between school and family in the educational process to a quality education on the actions of professionals in education and what they have done for this interaction to occur and on suggestions for both parties, both school as the familyreach a common goal, to provide children a quality education. We also investigated the influence of this partnership as acontribution to improving the quality of teaching, and thus can offer performances for schools and families can support each other in the education of children. The methodology used wasliterature, seeking to gather some significant approaches and reflect on the theme with the contributing authors.

This paper aims to discuss the importance of family in the learning process of students of School Mary of Nazareth Oliveira, which addresses the importance of partnership between schools and families for the sake of quality education, is now common in our schools not family participation in school life of the child, we realize that this happens for several reasons, be it for lack of interest or lack of projects offered by the school in which to create links between them. The concept that education is the school's responsibility and wrong and only adds to these two pillars of society are increasingly distant. The results show that the partnership school- family has great importance in the formation of the child, as it is in the family that are worked the first moral training and school are committed systematically. We conclude that the family-school union in conducting the educational process of children the common goal of these institutions is required.
